A Final 10,000th Thought

I can’t believe I forgot to mention my favorite part of this blog: those of you who read A Cup of Coffey. I’ve had such a wonderful time getting to know you, even if it’s just through your own posts or comments. I’ve met some amazing people, and a few of you have become true friends. I’m learning a lot from your writing styles and stories. I’ve also reconnected with many people I let fade away. Isn’t this blog thing cool?

I only read two blogs daily and your's in one of them! Yea!!!
I learned that we have lots of music taste in common and you made me remember my love for REM that I kind of lost touch with. How dare me! Can't wait for the Pete Yorn concert. . .

The coolest thing about blogging, to me, is meeting so many folks who I have so much in common with. I swear, sometimes I feel like an alien in the real world; in the blogosphere I have found my people!

PATRICK: And thank you for reading such an entertaining blog (we could go on for days this way).

DAYLE: So glad you read every day! But I'm ashamed that you let your R.E.M. love fade for a while; you were so good with the "Which one is Bill Berry?" pop quizzes back in the day.

WRITEPROCRASTINATOR: Something a little stronger, please ...

JAMEY: I'll give you a heads-up when I hit 14,575.

FLANNER ALDEN: Boy, you nailed it on the head. I was trying to explain that phenomenon to my non-Internet connected mother.

DALE: You need to practice "furtive."
