I fairly certain I walked up that exact hill 4 years ago wearing high heels and cursing.
But I know you're having fun! :)
It really is something special, isn't it? I love it too but it's been a while, thanks for bringing back memories...
New York and San Fran are the two cities that inevitably make me say "God, my town sucks".
Beautiful, thanks for sharing with us. Have fun!
The only thing I don't like about San Fran is the homeless population is way outta control. I stayed at a Hotel Downtown on Market street and it turned in to homeless central after 9 PM and I woke up to the sound of fighting almost every night.
I hear Sgt. Callahan has done an excellent job cleaning up that town.
Fantastic! Now come here and visit me.
Street maps of San Francisco should really be topographical. I once planned to walk two miles, thinking it was no big deal, only to realize they were pretty much straight uphill. Good times...
I lived there for a while about 12 years ago. great city to visit, harder to live in.
Enjoy your visit!
have the best time evah, dollface!
It so sunny and lovely! I hope it's a fabulous trip!
Great pic. Have a blast
Were you standing right in front of the Cafe Vesuvio? I go there whenever I'm in San Francisco. It was a hangout of Ginsberg, Corso and the other beats. Have a great time! I'm jealous!
Beth,
not sure how long you're in California, but if you make it to the wine country....I'll take you to lunch.
Bring me back some fog. Okay?
I want to go! I've never been but would like to sometime.
But you didn't see me in all of my grey-bearded glory.
They call me Mis-ter Stubbles!
I've been to San Francisco twice, LOVED it. you'll have a blast, check out Japan town, GREAT food! There's also a great blues bar down by the warf called Lou's worth checking out for some great music.
