I Feel (More Than) Fine!
The R.E.M. show is tomorrow night — and this excited fan is beside herself! It's going to be a great night shared with great friends — and, I think, a great moment or two. I've been dancing and singing and reliving my twentysomething R.E.M. shows all week.
Here's something to help you get into my R.E.M. non-sleep mood:

The mix tape posts will resume next week. My PC's been under the weather, and thus I haven't been able to get to my MP3s. The Beloved Ex will save the PC day this weekend.

That's a really neat video. I was hoping he would say "Lester Bangs", though :).
I really hope that Michael will pull you up on stage to sing a couple of songs. That's something I definitely want to see on Youtube.

Seriously - have a great time. I remember when I was but a girl (if you can call 30 a girl...) and I used to go see REM in seedy clubs and small venues.
